Mario Kempter has already been compared with many personalities. The AZ described him as "Sinatra of Stadtbergen", the younger brother of Luciano Pavarotti, Elvis' cousin... This list already shows that extraordinary things are to be expected here. His impressive range from classical to jazz, swing, big band, pop to rock'n'roll, which he seems to master with an ease at any time, offers a whole musical evening program in just one person. When asked what his favorite genre is, he answers "that always changes for me out of emotion. I sing what moves me and what I feel". And that's exactly what you notice. Let yourself be enchanted.
It was already original before the concert when singer Mario Kempter tested the microphones. Instead of a monotonous "One...two...three..." he immediately gave a complete a cappella performance, for which he promptly received the first cheers. It really started with his presentation of the song "die Liste" by Roger Cicero. Absolutely rightly, after his individual interpretation of "Mackie Messer" and "New York", the likeable daredevil was called "Frank Sinatra from Stadtbergen" by the conductor.
